This is also not an easy task to do, for several people it is very difficult to live with those limitations. But you have to if you want to fight diabetes. Learn and get yourself to accept and live with those limitations, and after awhile you will feel it is just like ‘normal menu’. The good news is, currently there many options of ‘diabetic friendly foods’ available. With those foods it is easier to live and eat nicely while you keep fighting your diabetes.
