Effective Diabetic Control

I am writing Diabetic lens from the heart. Diabetes lens written by a Diabetes patient who has over 50 years experience of working with Diabetes.

HEALTHY MANAGEMENT

I am a Diabetic patient who was diagnosed at a time when there was not a plentiful supply of Diabetic Diet plans, low fat foods, sugar free foods or suchlike; I had to do this the hard way and I can now help you so you will not have to go through that pain barrier.

I am 53 years old now and have had to survive with being Diabetic since I was just over 2 years old, that is back in the late 1950’s. When I was first diagnosed the Diabetic Diet plan was very restrictive , indeed. Restricted due to the low provision of any specialised foods; low fat or sugar free that would have made a wonderful difference. My initial Diabetes Diet plan was extremely unappealing , you either had sugar or you did not have sugar!

My Mother realised the difficulty immediately and began to understand how to create a Diabetic Diet plan that would work ; I am a twin and my Brother did not have Diabetes, nor does he now. It was my Mothers endeavours here that put me on the right track to being where I am today; an extremely healthy Diabetic, a well controlled Diabetic; in fact a healthy 53 year old in total.

I am able to eat without compromise and to drink in moderation as part of the overall Diabetes Diet plan I am working with , and the ones we had to provide ourselves previously. I am able to take a small amount of exercise, a car accident in 1985 finished my energetic exercise program, and to enjoy a full and healthy lifestyle, thank you very much.

What I hope to do here is to show you how:

• An effective managed Diabetic program that can be successful .

• How I control Diabetes.

• How you can keep on top of Diabetes and keep control of Diabetes.

• Introduce a Diabetic Diet plan that really is effective for me.

HEALTHY MANAGEMENT

It is not important if you are Type 1 Diabetic or Type 2 Diabetic , the Diabetes management necessities for the pair are very similar. The characteristic being the way Diabetes is caused, which will be covered in a future release. Diabetes management will always realise the relevance of weight management , overweight or obese have a increased risk of developing Diabetes but also a higher chance of Diabetic problems . Weight control and the ability to reduce weight may also be considered as an important factor.

The human body needs the operation of its various systems to achieve workability throughout its life. When a body eats or drinks it takes on the fuel it needs to perform its tasks . The necessary element of this equation is the hormone that the Pancreas creates, this hormone is called Insulin and its job is to work with the body to convert the food or drink into energy.

Diabetes is a medical condition where the body is either not able to produce the necessary quantity of the hormone to control the transformation of food into energy, or the bodies ability to use that hormone has been damaged. Diabetes management is required to making sure you are able to operate as near normal as possible.

The key to a successful Diabetes control and Diabetic control is to control your blood glucose readings, blood sugar control effectively, and often if that is required . Keeping your blood sugar readings level is key to being able to control being Diabetic and to avoid some, if not all of the Diabetic worries that can arise .
