Man’s diet causes obesity such as eating too much lard, rice and sugar as an example. Too much intake of these chow groups give our body a difficult time breaking down or burning  down these foods. Humans are now obsessed into a lifestyle of ingesting too much because fast food is all over the place, what we don’t know is that these foodstuff are prepared in animal fat which contains a lot of cholesterol. humans should start realizing that trying a healthy lifestyle is better  than chowing  into these foods regularly, people know it tastes great but we  will soon comprehend once you start having warning signs that I had; back pains, frequent urination due to high blood sugar levels, heart burn; you’ll contemplate about it.
